For 2026, La Maison Philippe Conticini presents its elegant and indulgent Galette des Reines.
Chef Philippe Conticini preserves all the flavors of the traditional Galette des Rois we love so much: a generous hazelnut frangipane and a crisp inverted puff pastry, while adding new layers of taste with a delightfully nostalgic ingredient—Gianduja.
Each creation hides a ceramic figurine that will crown the King or the Queen! 👑
Tip: You can heat your galette for 1 to 2 minutes in an oven at 130°C maximum to make it crispy again, it will only be better! (Be careful not to eat it until it's warm!)
